Our holistic healer offers a wide variety of bodywork and energy work including:

Biomagnatism: Biomagnetism is the measurement of the magnetic signals that are associated with specific physiological activity that are typically linked to an accompanying electric field from a specific organ or tissue.
Relaxing massage: A relaxation massage treatment will usually involve flowing strokes and kneading, performed at your chosen pressure. It's a pain free therapy and an effective way to de-stress and relax the mind and body.
Acupuncture: Acupuncture points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. This, in turn, releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes may stimulate the body's natural healing abilities and promote physical and emotional well-being.
Mushroom and reiki massage healing: Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. We integrate plant medicine and massage into this healing session.
